empowerment. With 35 years of combined professional experience,
we’re dedicated to fostering independence in our clients
through personalised support. Our facility boasts a fully trained,
DBS-checked staff committed to the highest standards of care and
safety. Conveniently situated in Wednesbury, we proudly serve
individuals throughout the West Midlands, including Birmingham,
Wolverhampton, Dudley and Sandwell. Our purpose-built centre offers

Our staff are always available to assist you in any way they can. We only hire our employees after thorough background checks for your safety and security. Our employees are subjected to extensive background checks, which include:
Our staff retention is extremely good, which we find helps promote and provide continuity and consistency for our service users.
We have an on-going training and development plan, and all staff are required to complete “The Care Certificate.” Once this has been obtained and there has been a minimum of three months of experience, the staff member will be encouraged to complete a qualification in health and social care. (Level appropriate to the staff’s current ability.)
