Welcome Universal Day Care
Universal Day Care Centre, provides quality day care services for adults of all ages who need assistance with learning, mentoring and empowerment. We provide professional day care services for adults of all ages with a combined experience of 35 years, We continue to empower our clients to be as independent as possible.
All our staff are DBS checked and fully trained.
We are conveniently located in Smethwick and welcome individuals from across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, and Sandwell.

Our staff retention is extremely good, which we find helps promote and provide continuity and consistency for our service users.
We have an on-going training and development plan, and all staff are required to complete "The Care Certificate." Once this has been obtained and there has been a minimum of three months of experience, the staff member will be encouraged to complete a qualification in health and social care. (Level appropriate to the staff’s current ability.)
